We offer standard shipping for all orders within the United States, which typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee, which typically takes 1-2 business days to arrive. Please note that shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or holidays.

KMM uses a variety of shipping carriers to ensure that your order is delivered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our shipping carriers include FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The specific carrier used for your order will depend on the size and weight of your package, as well as your shipping location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and carrier information via email so you can track your package. At KMM, we offer a wide range of sizes for our custom t-shirts. We understand that everyone has a unique body shape and size, and we want to ensure that our customers can find their perfect fit. Our sizes range from XS to 5XL, and we also offer youth sizes for our younger customers. If you have any further questions regarding sizing, please do not hesitate to contact us.

All custom merchandise is final sale only. No returns or exchanges will be accepted, no exceptions.

All other unworn, unwashed merchandise may be exchanged for store credit or another item.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs & we strongly suggest you insure your exchange with a tracking number when shipping back to KMM. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your exchange & process your store credit.
